On January 01, 2022, imc Test & Measurement GmbH from Berlin transfers its business unit E-Motor Test Benches known under the name “Motor Test Center (MTC)” into a legally independent company – imx Solutions GmbH. This company is the legal successor to the MTC business unit of imc Test & Measurement.
The shareholders of the new imx Solutions GmbH are Arne Hillenbrand and imc Test & Measurement GmbH.
Arne Hillenbrand, the new CEO of imx Solutions GmbH, explains:
“With the MTC founding, we are bundling our 30 years of electric motor expertise into an independent GmbH (limited liability company). The aim is to be able to respond even more flexibly and adapted to the needs of electric motor manufacturers with first-class testing solutions. With our work, we are consistently committed to the innovative strength of our customers and their striving for solutions.”
As a supplier of software and hardware components, imc Test & Measurement GmbH remains an important strategic partner of imx Solutions GmbH. imx Solutions GmbH will also continue to operate from the Berlin offices of imc Test & Measurement GmbH.
