imx special test benches are aimed at specialists in development and quality assurance who deal with subcomponents of electric motors or the analysis of an entire electromechanical system.

Whether rotor tests or modern electromechanical vehicle components, imx test bench solutions generate the insights you as a developer or quality assurance manager require.

Proven concepts

imx solutions are based on the proven elements of our electric motor development and endurance test benches. The concepts of our component test benches are often similar to those of our standard products.

Our test bench hardware is supported by imx OMEGA standard software. We do not reinvent the wheel, but rely on known and reliable standards. This saves time and development costs.

Easy to use & expandable

Our base software, imx OMEGA, provides comprehensive specimen and test parameter management for all imx test benches. It allows easy and time-saving test configuration and adaptation of test sequences to different specimens and test scenarios. imx OMEGA monitors limits to protect the test bench as well as the specimens and controls data storage of both recorded measurements and calculated test results.

Customizable and versatile

Whether for endurance testing or highly flexible development testing, our imx solutions are designed to meet the specific needs of our customers.
Endurance, mechanical precision, and flexibility to accommodate a variety of specimens are just three of the many aspects we consider when developing a test stand solution.

Testing under real conditions

imx test benches are capable of simulating realistic environmental conditions. For this purpose, temperature or climate chambers can be added to the test stand.

This allows not only the required load profiles of a DUT to be accurately replicated according to the application, but also the environment to be simulated as needed.
